Pakuranga Koru poised for Global Youth Sevens

Pakuranga Koru will compete at the Global Youth Sevens for the second year.

While not hosted by the club this year, this team will fly the Ranga flag out at King’s College, with the first round of matches kicking off this evening.

Coached again by Sani and Aula who led the side last year, the team features 14 players from local schools.Once again the team is dubbed the Pakuranga Koru, pulling inspiration from the koru in the Pakuranga United Rugby Club crest which symbolises new life, growth, strength and peace.
