
Pakuranga has had a lot to celebrate this season and now that celebration extends to one of our amazing sponsors, with Marbled Butchery & Delicatessen winning four awards at the Great New Zealand Sausage Competition!
The crew at Marbled are born and bred in Howick and came on board to support the rugby club earlier this year.
Members may have sampled some of their now award-winning products at the club this year and can visit them in person on Picton Street in Howick or the Farm Cove shops.
With a focus on quality and service it isn’t surprising that the team were stars at the recent awards.
Marbled entered six sausages into the competition and won awards for four – Beef, Truffle and Mushroom Medley (gold), Bandido (gold), Old English Pork (bronze) and Welsh Dragon (bronze). Their haul confirms them as one of the leading butcheries in the city.
With the finest, sustainably produced meat and poultry from partners at Westmere Butchery, Delboy’s Sausages and First Light Farms, along with the best rubs, glazes and sauces from The Four Saucemen and Alderson’s, Marbled has your summer BBQs sorted!
