Following on from his awarding of the ARU Volunteer of the Year award our Chairman Rob Neil has been selected as one of three nominees for the NZ Rugby 2015 Charles Monro Rugby Volunteer of the Year Award. The Award will be presented at this year’s Steinlager Rugby Awards in Auckland on Friday 11 December. Rob is delighted to be attending this year’s awards and is very humbled to be in such esteemed company after doing what he describes “as his best for the club he loves”

As part of the awards Sky Sport visit the club on Monday to record Rob in action as he went through the last pieces of the gymnasium project and watched the academies train on Bell Park. This piece will be played on the night during the awards.
