The curtains will finally come down on our junior rugby season this weekend with two teams travelling to Queenstown to participate in the South Island edition of the NZ Junior Rugby Festival. Both U12 Green and U11 Lions have a full band of supports making the flying trip down south. The teams have both been training hard to ensure they are ready for the challenge of tough South Island rugby. The rugby might not be there only concern as the forecast has the prediction of snow over the weekend! We are sure our fine young “Ranga’s” will be up for the challenge however and will represent the club with pride. From us all here at the club the very best of luck over the weekend and enjoy NZ’s winter playground!
