FIELD MARKINGS

We lodged a request with the Council early in the year to get the fields marked for Touch. Unfortunately not all of our fields have been marked and with the fields recently being mown some of the lines will be hard to see. Hopefully the Council can get around a mark the fields as soon as possible.

Bell Park & The Sandpit shall be set up differently until we get the fields marked. We shall have cones up and down the sidelines marking the touchline and corner flags marking the trylines. A bigger blue cone will mark the 7m line.

CANCELLATIONS

We play rain, hail or shine! Touch will very rarely be cancelled. There will have to be severe weather conditions for us to consider cancelling. We keep an eye out on the rain radar rather than making a call when it is raining.

In the rare event we do have to cancel touch we shall update the draw to reflect cancelled games along with updating our Facebook page and sending an email out.

The call on cancellations will be made on the day around 4pm.

COMPETITION FORMAT / PRIZES

All teams must provide their own ball.

We shall give all teams a few weeks leeway to get their uniforms sorted. All shirts must be numbered. Teams not in uniform may risk competition points.

GAME TIMINGS

All Rounds are 40 minutes long. The hooter will sound every 20 mins therefore there will be a straight swap over at halftime.

The full time hooter for the round is also the start of the next round. The only exception to this is the Men's Division 1 Round which will run on a manual hooter.

TEAM EXPECTATIONS

All teams must respect the referees calls and decisions. There is zero tolerance for abuse of any kind towards referees or players.

All teams must be in uniforms by week 3.

Lloyd Elsmore Park is an Alcohol free park so please don't drink on the fields, around the fields or in the car parks.

In the event your team has to default, there must be early communication so we can let the other team know. More than 1 unexplained default shall result in removal from the module.
